How billing works.

Pick your website package
Select Launch, Growth or Scale and pay the listed one-time website build price.

Choose your hosting option
If you want Nytra to host and maintain your website, purchase the separate $25 per month Hosting & Maintenance subscription. You may instead arrange your own hosting and request handover where technically possible.

We start work
Nytra contacts you to scope your build and provides a complimentary demo by email so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Pay securely with card
Checkout is processed securely by Stripe and charged in AUD. Website build packages are one-time payments. Hosting and maintenance are available as a separate $25 AUD per month subscription.

Receive your invoice
An invoice is emailed to you and Nytra immediately after payment. Keep it for your records.
- 06
Website completion and launch
Turnaround on all websites is 1–7 business days. Once your website is completed, it can be launched using the Nytra Hosting & Maintenance subscription or prepared for handover where technically possible.
Refunds & cancellation
Once production begins, all payments are non-refundable. Upon your initial inquiry, we provide a complimentary demo version via email. If you choose to move forward with the project, full payment is required before we commence work on the final product. Throughout the build, we work closely with you to accommodate any adjustments or customisations.
The Hosting & Maintenance plan is month-to-month at $25 AUD with no lock-in. It begins when purchased and can be cancelled at any time. You will not be billed again after the current billing period ends. To cancel, visit the Manage subscription page — enter your email and we'll send a secure Stripe billing portal link where you can cancel, update your card, or download invoices. You can also email Nytra and we'll cancel within one business day.
